Give a Cheer
I was inspired by an old card from Yana Smakula where she selectively colored in a design with only a white gel pen. This is my spin on it. The frame image was hot foiled, then I used my white pen to color in some of the berries. The sentiment was heat embossed in white and popped up for dimension.
